Max and Jake's Big Race was inspired by two former patients of Rady Children's Heart Institute - Max and Jake - and the wonderful care they received. Their families are grateful for the opportunity to give back and invite you to join them by participating in The Race or by making a donation today.As you all know Jazmin has had several surgeries and can relate to Max,Jake & thier family. Our family is so grateful for all that children's Hospital has done for all of these special kids. Your gift is greatly appreciated and will help kids like Max,Jake & Jazmin.
